Originally brewed for our "90's Night" themed pop-up event, For Now...We Toast is starting to become a fan favorite. A clean and crisp west coast IPA brewed with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nelson hops. This lightly golden colored IPA has all the bitterness a proper west coast should without it being overbearing. The hop profile brings notes of berries, white wine, grapefruit and apricot to the forefront.

"Uffizi" takes its name from a prominent art museum located adjacent to the Piazza della Signoria in the Historic Centre of Florence in the region of Tuscany, Italy. Uffizi is brewed with Eraclea malt, made from the finest two-row Italian Adriatic Coastal barley, cultivated in the region around the city of Eraclea, close to Venice. Which gives this beer a sweet and honey rich backbone. A variety of noble hops take center stage with Saphir and Hallertauer Mittelfruh.

SHAOLIN SHAKEDOWN

WHOA, LOOK OUT MAN! This classic double IPA is sneaky strong! Shaolin Shakedown is brewed Citra, Cascade, and Centennial hops. All of which bring out the juicy and citrusy notes that each hop variety is known for but the Centennial hops bring out a little piney/resinous that complements the beer delicately but nicely. This one the biggest beers in our roster in regards to ABV as well as taste profile.

A gorgeous dark and robust malty porter drenched in Chocolate and Coconut. The dark malts in No Nutz are truly the stars of the show. Brewed with chocolate, caramel, and carabrown malts this beer has distinct tasting notes of pronounced caramel, burnt sugar, and graham cracker. This porter is for anyone who enjoys a toasty beer with a nutty and slightly dry finish.
RASPBERRY LEMONADE SOUR

A cornerstone for us at Blockhead Beerworks and one of the beers that started it all! An Easily crushable raspberry lemonade that clocks in at 4.5%. We believe as beer drinkers and enjoyers, even those who aren't very much into the taste or desire for beer this should be an easy one to get behind!
WORMBURNER

Although to some Wormburner may be viewed as a rather straightforward hazy pale ale, us here believe that in a lot instances less is most certainly more. What really brings this beer together is our two hop varieties we use in Wormburner, that of which is Michigan Copper and Mackinac hops. Michigan Copper Hops, when used in the brewing process, infuse the beer with distinctive aromas. The floral and tropical fruit notes create a sensory experience that elevates the beer-drinking journey. Mackinac hops are a versatile and flavorful hop variety with all the tasting notes of citrus and stone fruit. For every Wormburner bought, one dollar goes to "First Tee" a youth development organization that introduces the game of golf and its values to young people through golf-based personal growth programs.

Tangerine is upfront and on the nose whereas the pomegranate is on the backend. After one sip you'll want another and another. It's safe to say that Pom.com is the Bomb.com!
SNUGGLES HAZE

Another one of our seasonal hazy beers the mighty "Snuggles Haze"! It comfortably wraps you up in flavor and aroma right off the first sip. We dry hop Snuggles twice with Amarillo, Citra, and El Dorado hops. The primary tasting notes are floral, peach, melon, and citrus. Snuggles is also loaded with oats so it gives it a very creamy and satisfying mouthfeel. Be careful with this one, because after enough it might put you to schleep!!!
FROSTY HAZE

An extremely popular beer and one of our best sellers! Frosty Haze is a seasonal hazy IPA that is full bodied with a very rich mouth feel, blended with "cryo pop hop" blend to create an intense and complex hop experience. The aroma and taste of this beer deliver massive notes of tropical, stone fruit, and citrus. It may be cold outside but Frosty Haze will certainly warm you up!
PULL DOWN THE SUN
NEW ENGLAND IPA I 8.2%
A new hazy IPA joins the ranks with our latest creation "Pull Down The Sun"! This New England IPA is loaded with flavor, from the cascade whole leaf hops added into our mash to the peach rings that were steeped in our fermenter, yes! peach rings! What really makes the beer shine is the Heliogazer yeast strain from Omega yeast and the multiple hop additions of NewZilla hops. NewZilla is a proprietary blend of New Zealand, This new hop blend boasts pungent tropical fruit flavors with notes of lemon, lime, stone fruit, figs, apricot, peach, gooseberry, and orange. Even with its higher alcohol content it is extremely easy drinking!
DOWNTOWN NUT BROWN

Our American Brown Ale with toasted pecans and the finest English malts. Although this beer has a heavy pale ale malt presence it doesn't distract from the dark malts which gives D.T.N.B. it's whole range of character. The main star is the Special B malt, Special B is the darkest of the Belgian caramel malts, It has a unique aroma and flavor that is very complex. It imparts a heavy, dark caramel taste with more subtle notes of burnt sugar, raisin, and dark dried fruits such as cherries and plums. It can also deliver some of the softer roasty notes of a chocolate or black malt but without the astringency or bitterness.

When the brewery was finally in full swing of operations we knew we wanted to do something for one of our sister restaurants, that of which being Ricochet Tacos. We teamed up with the good folks over there to bring them the best possible Mexican Lager to serve their customers, that's when Itchy Trigger was born! Brewed with an assortment of grains the focal point in Itchy Trigger is the corn flakes and Amarillo hops, the corn flakes are used with the intent to produce a mild, less malty flavor and a drier, more crisp beer. The Amarillo hops impart a distinct flowery, spicy, tropical, citrus-like flavor and aroma in the beer. The citrus has qualities of orange and lemon, like Cascade, but much stronger. Enjoy Itchy Trigger straight up or with a lime and a Tajin rimmed glass for the full sensory experience!

Don't adjust your screens! Your eyes are not deceiving you! That's right, Blocktoberfest is back!! Our 5.7 percent Marzen style lager is made strictly with a variety of German malts to ensure that we give you one of the BEST beers of the autumn season! Only hopped with German Tradition hops we wanted the grain bill to speak for itself. Blocktoberfest has a beautiful amber color to it with a very bread and malty body characterized by its dark and caramel malts.
WATERMELON LEMONADE SOUR

Summer coming to a close and colder weather right around the corner we decided to brew a Watermelon sour that was classic and our own little slice of Americana! Although very much inline with our other sours, we decided to think a little outside of the box with this beer. We steeped Hibiscus petals in our fermenter to give us not only the color we were looking to achieve but also build up our flavor profile that much more with a little bit more tart and fruitiness!
