When the brewery was finally in full swing of operations we knew we wanted to do something for one of our sister restaurants, that of which being Ricochet Tacos. We teamed up with the good folks over there to bring them the best possible Mexican Lager to serve their customers, that’s when Itchy Trigger was born! Brewed with an assortment of grains the focal point in Itchy Trigger is the corn flakes and Amarillo hops, the corn flakes are used with the intent to produce a mild, less malty flavor and a drier, more crisp beer. The Amarillo hops impart a distinct flowery, spicy, tropical, citrus-like flavor and aroma in the beer. The citrus has qualities of orange and lemon, like Cascade, but much stronger. Enjoy Itchy Trigger straight up or with a lime and a Tajin rimmed glass for the full sensory experience!
