Brewed with an assortment of grains the focal point in Itchy Trigger is the corn flakes and Amarillo hops, the corn flakes are used with the intent to produce a mild, less malty flavor and a drier, more crisp beer. The Amarillo hops impart a distinct flowery, spicy, tropical, citrus-like flavor and aroma in the beer. The citrus has qualities of orange and lemon, like Cascade, but much stronger. Enjoy Itchy Trigger straight up or with a lime and a Tajin rimmed glass for the full sensory experience!
