Summer coming to a close and colder weather right around the corner we decided to brew a Watermelon sour that was classic and our own little slice of Americana! Although very much inline with our other sours, we decided to think a little outside of the box with this beer. We steeped Hibiscus petals in our fermenter to give us not only the color we were looking to achieve but also build up our flavor profile that much more with a little bit more tart and fruitiness!
